
About Us
We are Zach Rosebrock and Abbey (Battershell) Rosebrock. You can probably tell how we got our name. RoseShell Farms was born from our combined strengths and passions. We are eager to bring healthy, wholesome food to our community and beyond.
When I met Zach I had been vegan for three years, and he's been a farm boy his whole life. Both of us had a love for safe, fresh food. These feelings only grew when we had our first son Nicholas in July 2022. We want him to grow up eating as many chemical-free foods as possible.
Currently, we have produce, chicken, and eggs. In the future, we plan to add cows, pigs, turkeys, and possibly more. We want our farm to be an open book. We encourage you to come out to see our animals and farm.
Our Farm Story
Our story began in the heart of downtown Hicksville, Ohio, where space was slim but that didn’t stop us. We transformed every nook into a green oasis with gardens and clucking chickens. Not to mention, four raised beds chilling on our driveway.
In 2024, a move to the countryside expanded farming opportunities. Get ready for some serious farm upgrades - fruit trees, more feathered friends, and turkeys that will be strutting their stuff just in time for Thanksgiving.
We're itching to share all these farm-fresh goodies with our community, and our farm stand is gearing up to be the local hotspot for fresh produce, eggs, and homemade treats that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance.
